    tartare de boeuf 生拌牛肉

    tartare:

    Ingrédients (此菜谱从网上搜来,和我吃的感觉最像的):

    • 600 g de filet de boeuf (牛肉)
    • 4 petits oignons (洋葱或小洋葱)
    • 4 cuil. à soupe de câpres (刺山柑花蕾???)
    • 1 bouquet de persil (欧芹)
    • 100 g de cornichons (酸黄瓜)
    • 4 oeufs (鸡蛋)
    • 4 cuil. à soupe d'huile de tournesol (色拉油)
    • 2 cuil. à soupe de worcestershire sauce (伍斯特郡辣酱油)
    • 2 cuil. à soupe de moutarde (黄芥末)
    • Quelques gouttes de tabasco (墨西哥辣椒酱)
    • Sel, poivre du moulin (盐,胡椒粉)

    tartare de boeuf 就是所谓的生拌牛肉,简而化之,就是,全生的碎牛肉末配上各种配料,佐以炸薯条和生菜沙拉。看到这,很多人就已经不想再继续了,什么玩意,能吃么,多恶心呀。本来我也是这么想的,但是本着存在皆为道理的原则,且看到它在餐馆中,受到广大饕客的喜爱,本着神农尝百草的精神,我不入地狱谁入地狱的觉悟,毅然点了这道菜,即时受到法国朋友的赞许,看来在法国人眼中,中国人真的不能接受生的肉类,当然鱼生除外。

    好不容易等到主菜要上了,只看见服务生在一旁准备,一大坨碎牛肉放入大碗中,加入各种配料,然后用勺子搅拌均匀,隔着碗,放入冰块中冰镇,等薯条和生菜沙拉上桌后,在从碗中取出,盛盘,摆到客人面前,依旧是一大坨牛肉,不过混合着各种配料。虽然看起来不太让人有好吃的感觉,可是吃起来却大大超出我的意料。

    拿一根薯条,配上拌好的牛肉末,放入嘴巴,很奇怪,没有牛肉的腥味,也没有任何让人不舒服的感觉,牛肉配上薯条,绵绵软软的,配上里面的洋葱末和小黄瓜,中和了生牛肉口感上的单调,油腻感,加上芥末,胡椒,整个牛肉更加顺口,开胃,让人完全不会有吃生牛肉不舒服的感觉。

    可惜再好吃,还是有点腻,我只吃了一大半,就饱和了。为了不浪费,我配上生菜沙拉又多吃了几口,然后放弃。哈哈。。。。

    晚上回到家中,感觉肚子空空的,没什么感觉,煮了一碗牛肉面,那个爽呀。。。果然,再精致的法餐,也不如自己做的一碗牛肉面吃的爽!
